Sharon Haggerty, MAMS, CCA

Sharon Haggerty is a Certified Clinical Anaplastologist who founded her current practice, Custom Prosthetic, Ltd., in Seattle, Washington in 1995. Since that time, she has been providing custom facial and somato prosthetic restorations for patients in the Pacific Northwest.

Sharon received a Bachelors’ degree in Fine Art and Biological Sciences from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master of Associated Medical Sciences degree as well as specialized training in maxillofacial prosthetics, anaplastology and medical art from The University of Illinois at Chicago. She has been a member of the International Anaplastology Association for 25 years, and served as the president of the Board for Certification in Clinical Anaplastology (BCCA) for six years.

Sharon is an Independent Consultant/Anaplastologist in the Department of Restorative Dentistry, Faculty Prosthodontics practice at the University of Washington. Sharon’s research interests include bone-anchored prostheses, the development of new techniques in anaplastology and materials science.
